Born in 1985, I grew up in the suburbs of Washington D.C. I have been drawing since my earliest memories.  I attended Guilford College of Greensboro NC and graduated with a degree in Art. It wasn't until my post grad years, that I became serious with digital illustration and animation. I later attended Montgomery College to learn Photoshop, Flash and Maya, along with a list of other programs to help my versatility as an artist.  I create fantasy based works with influences from pop culture, anime and fantasy.

 

With my own personal artwork I aim to elevate people of African American and ethnic heritages to the popular worlds of art where they are all but minor or completely vacant. By doing so I hope to adorn the images of ethnic beauty and give them the same type of treatment as those who were represented by artists of Anime, Fantasy and Art Nouveau.
